Foreclosure Fraud Defense Lawyers

Banks and other financial institutions have committed foreclosure fraud. They have marketed sub prime mortgages to homeowners instead of conventional mortgages.
Banks have approved mortgages for homeowners without taking into consideration whether the homeowner had a realistic possibility of making the monthly mortgage payments. They took this action because the financial institutions who originated the mortgages made a lot of money on theses transactions. They continue to defraud homeowners with their mortgage modification programs.

Under the Hamp and Tarp programs the government bailed out the banks and the banks promised the Obama administration they would set up programs to protect their mortgage holders with mortgage modifications. The Federal Government should own these mortgages, not the banks!

Pretender Lenders

Pretender lenders gave out mortgages based on inflated home prices. They mislead people into believing they could afford to pay for these homes for the purpose of making a quick profit. They didn’t conform with accepted bank practices in underwriting the mortgages.

Who Can Foreclose on Your Home?

A financial institution must prove to a court they are the holder of the note that is the basis for the mortgage. If a financial institution doesn’t have the appropriate paperwork assigned to them they should not initiate a foreclosure proceeding. In these situations we can have the foreclosure lawsuit dismissed. Our law office has the expertise, the experience and the personnel to litigate with the banks regarding foreclosure fraud, bad faith, defective foreclosure lawsuits and predatory lending issues.
